Apprentices
An apprentice is:
"a person learning a trade from a skilled employer by working for them for a set period of time"
These days you no longer have to struggle through an apprenticeship. You can get paid to learn a trade, and come out with a nationally recognised qualification and the potential for a worthwhile and enjoyable career. This includes opportunities for further professional development, and the chance to start up and operate your own business.
"When ever you have a problem, you just give the Trust a call and they sort it out"
- Mathew Yanez, former Trust apprentice
