COVID-19 information

ATT would like to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to minimise the impact that COVID-19 has on our business activities and our business partners.

As we enter these unsettling times with COVID-19 changing our daily lives, it is important we remain positive and keep lines of communication open. We realise this is an uncertain time for all of you and want to assure you we will be looking at ways to support both apprentices and hosts wherever possible.

Support

ATT is committed to protecting the safety and well being of our apprentices and staff. Their safety and health are always our top priority. This situation is unprecedented, and we are working through things as they progress. Where possible we have sought to strike a balance that is responsible and realistic putting the safety and well being of our people first. Our Area Managers are available throughout the lock down to support hosts and apprentices through this trying time. Our 0800 number is also still fully functional.

Training

All training providers are working towards delivering online courses over the period of lock down. Many are already up and running but the goal is to be live for all providers in the next two weeks. ATT is working closely with each apprentice to make sure they keep on track with their course work during this period.

Communication

We will be providing regular updates on information relating to COVID-19; these will be emailed and posted on the ATT APP. Your Area Manager will be in regular communication and is available to help you with any questions or concerns.

Mental health & wellbeing

While you are dealing with this time in relative isolation, remember that eating healthy and regular exercise will also help boost your mental health. Should you feel lonely or struggle with isolation, please contact your Area Manager or if you need help, or support, or need to talk to someone you can call or text 1737 at any time to speak with a trained counselor — it's FREE and confidential.
